  • Q: Are all the boxes the same?

    No. The contents of each style collection are updated regularly so we don’t oversaturate the market and to keep selections fresh and unique.

  • Q: Are the samples full-size or cut-down pieces?

    They’re cut-down samples, designed to give you a true feel of the colour, texture, and quality without taking up too much space.

  • Q: What if I love the samples but don’t know how to pull it all together?

    That’s where our 90-minute Zoom consults come in. Book a session with Amie to get tailored advice on how to bring your box to life.

  • Q: How long does delivery take?

    Boxes are usually dispatched within 2 business days and shipped Australia-wide.

  • Q: What’s included in a MOD sample box?

    A curated selection of finishes and materials — chosen to work beautifully together — along with pricing information to help with quoting. You will find under each description the full contents of each box plus we may throw in a few extras.

  • Q: Can I customise a box?

    MOD boxes are pre-curated to ensure every element works seamlessly together. If you’d like a bespoke selection, Amie’s design studio offers custom packages.

  • Q: Are the materials in the box budget-friendly?

    We curate quality, durable selections that can be used across a range of budgets. Some items are investment pieces, while others offer more accessible options. But you can always use those items more sparingly for imapact.

  • Q: Are boxes refundable?

    Due to the personalised and curated nature of MOD boxes, refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect selections made by the customer, or if you decide the collection is no longer suitable after purchase.

  • Q: What if my box arrives damaged?

    If your box is damaged in transit, please get in touch within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

  • Q: Do you ship internationally?

    At this stage, MOD is available only within Australia.

  • Q: Do you provide notes from consults?

    No written notes are provided, but a Zoom recording can be shared for your reference.

  • Q: What happens if a product is discontinued?

    If you place an order within 60 days of purchasing your box and an item has since been discontinued, we’ll carefully source a suitable alternative to ensure your selections remain cohesive and considered.

  • Q: Can I order multiple boxes?

    Of course. Choosing between five beautiful collections can’t be easy.

    If you're deciding between two directions, ordering multiple boxes allows you to compare the materials, colours and finishes in your own space before making a final decision. Sometimes the right choice becomes obvious the moment you see them side-by-side.

    That said, we generally recommend choosing one collection as your primary direction. Mixing too many aesthetics can start to dilute the overall cohesion of your home.

  • Q: Can I order directly from the suppliers?

    Absolutely. Once you've received your MOD box, you'll gain access to an online ordering form. Simply let us know what you'd like to order and in what quantities, and the supplier will contact you directly to discuss pricing, lead times and delivery.

    MOD doesn't sell or fulfil the products ourselves. We've done the hard work of curating the selections, but all ordering and payment is handled directly between you and the supplier.
