After 15 years in the design industry, I noticed something.
Most people don't struggle because they lack good taste.
They struggle because they're expected to make hundreds of decisions without a clear starting point.
A tile. A floor. A benchtop. A tap. Twenty paint colours that all somehow look white until you get them home.
One decision quickly becomes fifty.
I've spent years helping clients navigate that process, giving them confidence and encouraging them to be a little braver with their choices.
And if I'm honest, I'd like to see less white.
Not because white is wrong, but because too many homes are designed around a future buyer who may never exist rather than the people actually living there.

I believe a home should reflect the people who live there. Their memories, interests, experiences and quirks.
A home should have the inhabitants' portraits splashed all over the place (rhetorically speaking).
MOD was created for the people sitting somewhere in the middle. Those who don't want to navigate the selection process alone, but don't necessarily need a full interior design service either.
I wanted the budget spent on the quality and uniqueness of the materials, not the designer fees.
